Awesome locations, great offices, and amazing people.
The Opportunity
Join Sitetracker’s Operations team and play a pivotal role in shaping our AI-first future, directly enabling our customer-facing teams across the business. This is a unique opportunity to build, test, and deploy AI agents and automations from the ground up, replacing manual processes and dramatically increasing the velocity and efficiency of critical business functions. You’ll be at the forefront of structuring our team around cutting-edge AI, not just layering it on top, seeing the direct business impact of every solution you create. As an Operations Associate – AI Developer, you will step into a brand-new role designed to leverage your expertise with leading AI tools like Claude, Agentforce, Cursor,, and Gemini, alongside agent frameworks, to construct intelligent automations that live inside and interact with Salesforce. This includes building Salesforce Flows, Apex backed automations, LWC components, and AI powered actions that read and write to Salesforce objects, surfacing insights, triggering workflows, and eliminating manual work across our Customer Experience organization.
This role operates on an afternoon shift to ensure meaningful overlap with the US-based Director of Operations and the broader Customer Experience team. For candidates based in India, this means approximately 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST (aligned to GMT). The majority of design document handoffs, build reviews, and quality gate discussions happen during the overlap window with EST time.

The Opportunity
This is more than a full-stack role — it’s your chance to build the AI layer of the platform the world’s infrastructure runs on. Sitetracker is building Scout, our AI product line: production LLM systems and agentic workflows embedded in the software companies like Cox, Telefónica, and EVgo use to deploy critical infrastructure. As a Product Engineer, you’ll take AI capabilities from idea to production agent orchestration and model integration on the backend, and the web and mobile experiences that put them in customers’ hands.
This is shipping real, customer-facing AI , not prototypes or research demos. You’ll own features end-to-end, work with frontier models (Anthropic, OpenAI), and see your work land in the hands of enterprise users deploying telecom networks, EV chargers, and renewable energy around the world.
What You’ll do:
As a Product Engineer on Scout, you’ll hit the ground running and ship customer-facing AI from day one. You’ll design, build, test, deploy, and monitor AI product features end-to-end , building agentic LLM systems with multi-agent workflows, tool/function calling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering over frontier models from Anthropic and OpenAI.
You’ll work across the full stack: backend services in Python, Java, Node.js, or Go, and TypeScript/React frontends spanning both web and mobile app experiences. You’ll make AI dependable by building automated evaluation pipelines, guardrails, and testing strategies for non-deterministic outputs — and running it on production infrastructure: scalable, fault-tolerant services on AWS and Kubernetes.
You’ll think like a product engineer, not a ticket-taker: dig into user needs, absorb the problem space, make smart calls about what to build, keep stakeholders informed, and find ways to unblock yourself.

- Attain Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
- Deliver at least one train-the-trainer session, equipping a customer-side trainer to carry a program forward independently.

The Opportunity
The infrastructure that runs the modern world (power grids, data centres, fibre networks, EV charging) is being built out faster than at any point in a generation. The companies doing that work are drowning in the volume, variety, and velocity of it. Sitetracker is how they stay ahead of it.
Sitetracker is the AI-native platform for infrastructure lifecycle management, covering project, construction, operations, and asset management in one system of record. Scout, our enterprise AI agent platform, is what sets us apart. Scout does the work, not just reports on it, and it stays grounded in the customer’s own data so the answers are trustworthy enough to act on. That is what holds up in an enterprise procurement review when a bolted-on chatbot does not.
As a native or business-level German speaker, you will be our go-to Strategic Account Executive for the DACH territory. Your job is to grow revenue and to shape how Sitetracker leads the AI-native transformation of digital infrastructure across Europe. You will own a priority territory with strong product-market fit, backed by proven customer outcomes, a differentiated platform, and strong demand generation.
Our top performers work as enterprise advisors. They bring strategic thinking, curiosity, and real customer empathy. They own outcomes, not quotas. If you raise the bar, love winning new logos, and want autonomy, scale, and purpose, this is a role worth a serious look.
What You’ll Do
You will join a sales team that pairs start-up pace with enterprise ambition. This is a build role, not an inherited book of business. You will define and execute the go-to-market strategy for your territory, engage new prospects, and guide them through high-stakes decisions with precision and insight.
Every deal moves the industry forward, whether that is energising a new grid interconnection, standing up a data centre, upgrading a telecom network, or scaling EV charging. You will orchestrate complex buying journeys across large stakeholder groups, partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and services, and earn the trust of executives on both sides. This is a quota-carrying role in a MEDDPICC environment, and it is also a chance to lead, to sell a genuinely differentiated platform, and to leave a mark.
You will be selling into a market that is actively rethinking how it uses AI. Part of the job is separating signal from hype: showing skeptical enterprise buyers what agentic AI grounded in their own operational data actually changes about how their teams work, and what it is worth.
The Skills You’ll Have Enterprise Sales
- Strong evidence of success selling complex SaaS solutions across mid-market, large, and enterprise accounts, ideally in Telecom, Energy, or adjacent infrastructure sectors.

- Drives the conversation around product and unique value, knows the proof points, and ties platform capability directly to business outcomes.
- Builds credible business cases and ROI models for prospects, including the economics of AI-driven automation, not just software seats.
- Plays back the financial impact of the solution and presents commercial offers anchored to that business case.
- Acts as a challenger and trusted advisor by knowing the customer’s industry and business well.

As a Senior Data Scientist on the Design team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how some of the world’s most critical infrastructure companies operate. The experiences you shape for both humans and agents will directly influence how complex projects are planned, deployed, and managed at scale.
We are rethinking what excellent UX means in an agentic world. When the interface is a model, the quality of the experience is no longer carried primarily by pixels and flows — it is carried by behavior. What the agent retrieves, what it decides, what it says, when it refuses, and how reliably it does all of that across thousands of real situations. Those are measurement problems, experimentation problems, and evaluation problems. They are your problems.
This role is ideal for someone who combines statistical rigor with a strong builder mentality — someone energized by ambiguity, fluent in model behavior, and obsessed with what “good” actually means and how to prove it. You will set the standard for how agent experiences are designed, instrumented, and held to a quality bar at Sitetracker — hands-on, technically deep, and relentlessly connected to customer outcomes.
You will be embedded in a scrum team — designing, measuring, and delivering alongside Engineering and Design on a day-to-day basis. You will own day-to-day decisions for your experience area, mentor others on rigor and method, and ship to production. For someone who wants to build, measure, and elevate the craft around them, this is the role.
The Skills You’ll Have Act with Agency-
Thrive in fast-moving environments and deliver high-impact outcomes at pace
-
Independently identify ambiguous challenges and take ownership of driving them to resolution
-
Champion new ideas, influence stakeholders, and rally support around strategic initiatives
-
Identify workflows where AI tools and emerging technologies accelerate delivery, and make building the default way you work
-
Define what “good” means for an agentic experience and turn it into metrics, evals, and datasets that hold up under scrutiny
-
Design and analyze experiments — A/B tests, holdouts, shadow runs — with correct sizing, clean reads, and honest conclusions
-
Build offline and online evaluation systems for LLM behavior across correctness, grounding, safety, tone, and latency
-
Apply statistical and ML fluency to real, messy production behavior — distinguishing signal from noise and root cause from symptom
-
Turn complex enterprise workflows into agent experiences people can actually use without training
-
Design context architecture, decision paths, and communication patterns, and reason about how they shape behavior across the full input distribution
-
Work directly with customers — running pilots, mining usage, and iterating based on how they actually behave, including customers with complex needs or in delicate situations
-
Make tradeoff decisions across user needs, agent behavior, technical constraints, and business goals, and connect those decisions to commercial outcomes
-
Maintain running awareness of the competitive landscape across multiple verticals
-
Identify gaps and opportunities and produce analysis that connects to product and behavior decisions
-
Track market trends, adjacent products, and emerging tools, connecting what’s happening in the market to what Sitetracker should be doing
-
Regularly contribute to competition and industry Slack channels with substantive observations
Within 90 Days, You’ll:
-
Collaborate regularly with product management, design, and engineering peers, and have met key stakeholders across the departments you work with
-
Be on the phone with customers, learning their workflows, pain points, and how they use Sitetracker and Scout. Know the personas and subverticals
-
Deliver work to your scrum team — pushing code, building instrumentation and evals, and demonstrating the builder standard
-
Be able to confidently demo Sitetracker’s core product in your area and give a solid cross-product demo
-
Stand up baseline evals and quality tracking for your area in Watch, and establish what you don’t yet measure
-
Begin mentoring others and providing substantive feedback in reviews
Within 180 Days, You’ll:
-
Lead the successful delivery of high-impact agent experiences across complex enterprise workflows
-
Own day-to-day decisions for your experience area independently, establishing leading indicators and making tradeoff decisions confidently
-
Architect Scout graphs and design sophisticated AI interactions, owning a comprehensive eval suite and tracking quality over time
-
Design and run experiments on real agent behavior, and run customer betas and previews independently — including with customers who have more complex needs or stronger opinions
-
Actively mentor others and raise the bar through consistent, high-quality reviews of evals, experiments, and agent designs
-
Contribute meaningfully to shared evaluation infrastructure and establish higher standards for quality measurement in your domain
Within 365 Days, You’ll:
-
Point to product successes you have driven that have directly contributed to commercial outcomes
-
Be recognized as an expert in your domain — people across the org come to you when they need to understand your experience area or how its quality is measured
-
Ship code confidently to production, build the instrumentation and evals that keep quality honest, and operate as a true peer with engineering
