About Sitetracker
Sitetracker was founded ten years ago with the singular focus of solving a problem that was first recognized within the telecommunications industry; how to effectively manage the volume, variety, and velocity of critical infrastructure projects needed to meet the demand of expanding wireless and cellular service. That problem has become even more pronounced due to the eventual explosion of 5G. Being able to effectively deploy infrastructure is going to be the differentiator between leading telecommunication providers.
However, over the years, we realized that this challenge isn’t localized to telecommunications – it’s pervasive nearly everywhere and has reached an inflection point. Utilities (such as gas and electric services), smart cities, and alternative energy all face similar challenges. Sitetracker is the only full-lifecycle project management platform suited to support these companies and address these challenges.
We are exceptionally proud of the company we’ve built (we were recently recognized as the #2 place to work in San Francisco, as well as one of the top places to work in the entire United States). Our people are extraordinary and we’re continuing to invest in our people-first culture.
The Opportunity:
Working at Sitetracker as a Senior Project Manager, you won’t just oversee timelines—you’ll drive enterprise-level impact. This role is at the heart of aligning strategic goals with project execution, ensuring that initiatives deliver measurable business value across global teams. You’ll lead complex, cross-functional projects that span departments and time zones, breaking down silos and driving alignment among diverse stakeholders.
This high-visibility role requires you to take complete ownership of every project outcome, from initiation to successful delivery. You are the ultimate driver of success, ensuring that all aspects align to achieve the desired business value and customer success criteria. Success hinges on your proactive approach to anticipating challenges, mitigating risks, and driving internal and external party behaviors towards shared goals. Governance and project health is the priority.
With a focus on delivery, reporting, and resource optimization, you’ll act as the trusted link between strategic vision and operational delivery. This is a rare chance to own high-visibility programs, work directly with executive leadership, and help shape the future of our enterprise PMO practices. For high-performing project leaders, this is a career-defining platform—offering exposure and autonomy.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll lead high-impact, cross-functional projects from start to finish—keeping them on time, on budget, and aligned with global business goals. You’ll turn strategy into action by building clear plans, proactively managing risks, and driving results that deliver real business value.
You’ll be intimately familiar with project contracts to understand the impact of scope changes, subscription changes, and levels of effort. You’ll be the go-to connector across teams, breaking down silos and keeping stakeholders aligned across time zones. You’ll own governance and reporting, provide sharp updates to execs, and ensure every project meets PMO standards.
You’ll hold internal cadences with all parties related to the customer including post project resources to optimize for onboarding and long term customer success. Your proactive engagement will be key to fostering collaboration and ensuring smooth transitions. You’ll improve how we deliver, standardizing tools and processes to boost efficiency and visibility. You’ll ensure our customers are set up for long-term adoption and success on the Sitetracker platform, all while rigorously maintaining project budget and timelines.

The Opportunity
This is a key role for an engineer passionate about delivering high-quality and efficient software
solutions. We’re looking for a seasoned problem-solver—not just a Salesforce developer—who
can quickly become an expert in our Sitetracker product. You’ll have the autonomy to proactively
find and solve big problems, whether that means identifying and fixing technical debt or
unblocking other engineers. Your ability to write efficient code and leverage existing patterns
will be critical as you independently deliver significant enhancements with consistent
throughput.
If you’re eager to make a significant impact across our entire Engineering organization, you’ll
thrive here. While our primary tech stack is Salesforce, you’ll also get the opportunity to work
with our new cloud-based services, helping you grow and expand your expertise
What You’ll do:
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about both code quality and
technical leadership. You’ll write elegant, easy-to-understand code that is built for extensibility

robust and well-tested, delivering not just functionality but a foundation for future growth.
This commitment to quality code is amplified by your ability to leverage cutting-edge tools. A key
part of your role will be using AI to accelerate development, from generating and refining code to
proactively identifying edge cases and gaps in requirements. You will also use AI to help build and
ship multiple interconnected features, allowing you to deliver high-quality features faster and
with greater confidence.
Beyond your individual contributions, you’ll be a mentor for junior engineers. You will provide
guidance through pull request reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions to
foster a culture of technical excellence. Your work will not only deliver high-quality features but
also help shape the future of our engineering team by building up the next generation of talent.

– Breaks large features into smaller deliverables for junior engineers.
Communication
– Learns the “Why” for the requirements.
– Leverages AI to identify additional test cases, edge cases, and gaps in requirements. Then writes code to address the test
cases, edge cases, and gaps.
– Guides the conversation to focus on user outcomes, not just features.
– Drills in and understands how different personas will use the software.
