The Opportunity
As a Backlog Manager on Sitetracker’s Customer Experience Team, you’ll play a key role in delivering features that truly matter to our customers. You’ll take ownership of the Salesforce delivery backlog, ensuring what we build directly supports business priorities and provides meaningful outcomes.
You’ll work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to translate customer needs into clear, actionable, and well-prioritised work, keeping the team focused on what matters most. What You’ll Do:
As a Backlog Manager, you’ll be the link between customer priorities and our Salesforce delivery roadmap, making sure we’re always focused on delivering high-impact work. You’ll own and manage the delivery backlog, partnering with product owners and delivery teams to define, scope, and prioritise work that supports strategic goals. You’ll refine backlog items to ensure they’re clear, feasible, and valuable, removing ambiguity before development begins. The Skills You’ll Have:
- Backlog Management Experience
- Should have prior experience handling a large request backlog from multiple customers in IT delivery.
- Have worked with customers in the past to manage the delivery backlog.
- Worked with the delivery team in past and collaborated while assigning and tracking work backlog.
- Experience managing sprint planning or any other delivery methodology.
- Not tied to any one delivery methodology but able to understand the unique EDS delivery process and customise the process to align with the EDS delivery model effectively.
- Communication

- Have worked with internal stakeholders throughout the feature development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
As a General Accountant, you’ll join a fast-paced finance team with global reach. You’ll own the integrity of our general ledgers for both the U.S. and India entities, ensuring every journal entry, reconciliation, and variance analysis is handled with rigor. At Sitetracker, we are in the process of reinventing our product from the ground up.
Based out of our office in Bangalore for 2-3 days a week, we’re looking for a Lead Product Designer who can be both the Design leg in the Trio, and take on a leadership role within the India design team.
As a Lead Product Designer at Sitetracker, you will own a vertical/product area along with the other members of your trio: a Product Manager and Tech Lead. Together, you are involved in decisions from day one through launch. Your work will move our product in the direction you believe is best.
As a Team Lead, you will guide less experienced designers on the team, guiding them to use the right tools and techniques to solve users’ problems, and ensuring that their work is meeting a standard of excellence. You will be in close contact with the US team, forming an essential part of the bridge between the two halves of the team.
For this role, we need someone who has a deep drive to understand complex problems, who finds creative ways to learn the users’ needs and experiences, who finds creative and elegant solutions to those problems – and who can bring their team and the wider organization with them on that journey. We need someone who is organized, proactive, and extremely communicative.

- Acquire knowledge on Salesforce to the extent that you can start building solutions independently while applying your full-stack open-source experience to make it better.
- Complete your development plan, fully ramping up on our technology stack, established design patterns, and Sitetracker’s overarching architectural principles.
- Build strong relationships with your scrum team members, key local and international stakeholders, and relevant Product and Design counterparts.
- Deliver initial enhancements and bug fixes, demonstrating quick impact and adherence to established code quality standards.
- Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback that enhances team proficiency and aligns with defined standards.
Within 180 Days, You’ll:
- Successfully architect, build, and ship large, impactful modules and features, demonstrating adherence to scalability, performance, and maintainability requirements.
- Serve as a primary technical expert for key modules and features, actively leading architectural and design discussions during requirement and design sessions.
- Proactively identify technical debt and architectural bottlenecks within your domain, and propose and initiate strategic action plans to address them.
- Lead the team in conducting thorough root cause analyses for incidents and implementing preventative measures to mitigate recurrence.
- Collaborate effectively with Product Managers to provide technical input for prioritisation discussions and capacity planning for upcoming Program Increments.
