The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join a growing, Customer Success team in the US. As a Customer Success Manager, you will work with customers at all stages of the customer journey – from implementation through go-live as they deploy and adopt the Sitetracker platform.
As the main point of contact, you will and demonstrate Sitetracker’s value to our customers by identifying business objectives and aligning Sitetracker capabilities with your customer’s goals and objectives. Working closely with all teams across Sitetracker, you will own customer onboarding, user adoption, customer advocacy and more to ensure the retention and growth of our customers.

The Opportunity
As an Engagement Consultant & Architect on the Engineering & Development Services (EDS) team, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most forward-thinking companies and make a meaningful impact on the industries they service.
You will work closely with our customers to gather requirements and find creative design solutions to manage the customer’s business process most effectively. - Lead enterprise-dedicated service engagements with Sitetracker customers
- Identify best practices, gap areas, and/or any areas of opportunity for improvement in our existing process
- Review large customer data set with no assistance/help from teammates
- Utilize knowledge of salesforce flows, workflow types, profiles vs. roles, report types, lookup vs. master-detail relationships

- Provide thoughtful, practical solutions to customer needs
- Occasionally need help designing a solution but are not afraid to ask for assistance when stuck

We are searching for a highly driven and seasoned IT Administrator with extensive background in SaaS environments who can work onsite at our Montclair, NJ location 2-3 days a week.
In this role, you’ll bring your expertise of managing and supporting a diverse range of SaaS applications, which include Okta, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure, Drata GRC, and other commonly used cloud tools. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and optimization of our SaaS infrastructure, providing exceptional technical support to our employees, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our IT systems. You’ll also be the go to person for our executives, supporting onsite departmental meetings as well as various company events.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a well-rounded People Operations Generalist who will closely partner with leaders and teams across the organization. Based in our Bengaluru office, you will build strong professional relationships with local team members in India and across APAC, as well as key functional stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on a broad range of HR topics to ensure best practices are applied. The Skill Set

The Opportunity
Working as part of the EDS team as a Salesforce Engineer, you will join one of our feature delivery teams working to deliver new product functionality and customer requested enhancements leveraging the Salesforce technology stack. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Salesforce QA to join our Engineering & Development Services team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in manual Salesforce testing, along with a basic understanding of Copado for test automation. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications while working closely with developers, solution engineers, and customers to identify potential issues. The Skill Set
- Utilize experience in mobile application development (Android and iOS)

The Opportunity
As a Staff Software Engineer and Tech Lead, you will lead one of our feature delivery teams working to deliver new product functionality in our Managed Package. You will have the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic and highly collaborative team that is focused on delivering the best experience for our customers. You will be working with our cloud-based software, which is implemented on the Force.com platform using technologies like Apex, Java (via Heroku), LWC, Aura, Visualforce, React, etc.
You will enhance and support critical components of our solution that require a sound understanding of advanced programing concepts combined with deep knowledge of the Salesforce Platform offering.
Utilizing your great communication skills , you will deliver scalable solutions that are adapted in various verticals such as telecom, energy, utilities, etc. You will work closely with the Product Manager and UI/UX designers to build first class solutions, leveraging sound technical architecture and design principles. You should have a passion for scalable solutions, delegating technical tasks and delivering exceptional products on time and of high quality.
The Skill Set:
- Provide extensive custom development using Force.com, working with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC and Aura.
- Deep knowledge on how to write Apex REST Services and consume Salesforce Platform APIs (ex. REST, Metadata, UI, Tooling)
- Experience with writing asynchronous (Future, Batch, Queueable) and event drive Apex (Platform Events)
- Ability to understand complex Apex codebases and debug them using debug logs and Apex Interactive/Replay Debugger
