The Opportunity
The Accounts Receivable Manager is a key position that will oversee the full accounts receivable cycle,
including billings, collections, cash application, reconciliation, and month-end close. Work closely with
customers and leaders of the Finance, Sales, Customer Success teams, to create, implement, evolve and
report on Sitetracker’s key metrics and processes around accounts receivable. You will also assist in
reconciling other balance sheet and P&L accounts such as cash, revenue, and COGs.
The Skill Set:
- Seasoned experience in Full Cycle Accounts Receivable in a fast-paced, evolving, private equity backed environment.
- Monitor and report on AR status, including customer aging, collections forecast, team performance, key metrics such as DSO and billing turnaround.
- Provide insight and process improvements regarding the financial health of the Accounts Receivable function, including escalating and triaging billing and collection issues.
- Well organized with a methodical approach to managing workload and prioritizing activities according to business need.
- Maintain cross-functional relationships with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Solution Delivery to ensure accuracy of each business transaction.
- Strong accounting background with extensive experience in performing balance sheet and P&L account reconciliations.
- Familiarity with advanced formulas in Excel, i.e. X-lookup, if function, sumifs, pivot tables, etc.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (Netsuite and Salesforce experience are highly desired).
- Strong written and oral communication skills. Approach work with enthusiasm, energy, dedication and integrity.
Within 60 Days, You will:
- Have been introduced and developed in-depth knowledge of Sitetracker, its customers and teams.
- Manage the day-to-day billing and collection activities and resolve account or payment delinquencies in a timely matter.
- Prepare weekly and monthly AR reporting to management.
Within 180 Days, You will:
- Take full ownership of the Accounts Receivable function and set objectives for the AR team that align with the Finance department’s goals.
- Have established yourself as the primary point of contact for all AR-related matters.
- Identify delinquent customers and develop a strategy with internal teams to ensure prompt collection.
- Appropriately raise issues both internally and externally.
- Perform and review reconciliations of various balance sheet and profit & loss accounts.
- Ad hoc projects as necessary

- Identify, design, and implement operational improvements as needed and make recommendations on tools or software that can take Sitetracker Accounts Receivable to the next level.
- Add to the AR playbook and its best practices.
- Work directly with various teams to ensure continuity in billing and payments received.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join a growing, Customer Success team in the US. As a Customer Success Manager, you will work with customers at all stages of the customer journey – from implementation through go-live as they deploy and adopt the Sitetracker platform.
As the main point of contact, you will and demonstrate Sitetracker’s value to our customers by identifying business objectives and aligning Sitetracker capabilities with your customer’s goals and objectives. As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will join one of our feature delivery teams working to deliver new product functionality and customer requested enhancements leveraging the Salesforce technology stack. The Opportunity
Working as part of the EDS team as a Salesforce Engineer, you will join one of our feature delivery teams working to deliver new product functionality and customer requested enhancements leveraging the Salesforce technology stack. The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can lead design within their product area, and take on a leadership role within the wider design team.
As a Designer at Sitetracker, you will own a vertical/product area along with the other members of your scrum team trio: a Product Manager and Tech Lead. - Have a thorough understanding of the full mobile application and suggest improvements to improve performance and scalability
- Participate in architecting and design discussions that will influence the future of our application
- Provide valuable feedback to other team members through code reviews
- Deliver several larger enhancements that have been successfully deployed to customers with positive results
- Deliver small bug fixes on the web platform that are delivered to our customers
Within 365 Days, You’ll:
- Be a point of reference for the mobile application
- Help QA to investigate and resolve production issues
- Have a full understanding of our entire web platform
- Lead other junior engineers into building new modules for the application
