Scout requests carry an OAuth token validated against your existing permission model. If a user cannot see a record in Sitetracker due to sharing rules, field-level security, or object-level security, Scout cannot see it either.

Data isolation and model training. Each customer operates within a dedicated Scout environment. Data stays in a single geographic region and is not shared across customer accounts. Scout uses a RAG-based architecture. Data is retrieved on demand to answer a specific query and is not persisted. Customer data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model and is never shared with model providers. Upon offboarding, all customer data is permanently purged.
