As we wrap up 2025, one thing is clear: this year was shaped by our customers — by the challenges you faced, the scale you reached, and the critical infrastructure you kept running every day. Across energy, digital infrastructure, EV charging, and beyond, teams turned to Sitetracker to manage growing complexity, tighter timelines, and higher expectations for reliability.
Customers told us their biggest wins came from getting organized, gaining visibility, and feeling supported as they took on complex, high-stakes work. Whether teams were launching brand-new Sitetracker instances, modernizing systems they’d relied on for years, or finally unlocking momentum in core processes, 2025 was a year of real forward progress.
One customer shared that a standout moment this year was gaining access to “great features in the TowerCo space,” which allowed their team to adopt more standardized processes across Germany. Kelley Lembeck at National Grid highlighted the impact of innovation closer to home, noting that “developing a new digital solution for application intake” helped streamline workflows and drive meaningful efficiency gains. For others like Clint Martin at JOLT, the biggest win was foundational — “the ability to have a single source of truth for the global business,” finally replacing disconnected spreadsheets with shared clarity and confidence.
That sense of forward motion shows up clearly in the year’s data.

Behind every number is a team using Sitetracker to bring structure to growing operations and keep critical infrastructure moving.
Throughout the year, we heard a consistent theme from customers: operations matter more than ever. Assets are in service longer, networks are expanding faster, and downtime is simply not an option. That’s why in 2025 we continued to launch new capabilities in Operations & Maintenance, giving teams better tools to plan preventive work, respond faster in the field, and maintain full visibility across the asset lifecycle. These enhancements weren’t built in a vacuum — they were shaped directly by how our customers operate in the real world.
Our customers are building for the future at unprecedented scale. Renewable energy portfolios are expanding across regions. EV charging networks are moving from pilots to national rollouts. Fiber and data center infrastructure are growing to meet soaring demand — especially as AI workloads reshape expectations for reliability and performance. Across these industries, teams are managing more sites, more vendors, and more data than ever before.
In response, Sitetracker continued to evolve in 2025 — strengthening support for data center development, expanding capabilities for managing complex deployments, and laying the groundwork for what’s next.
What’s Next in 2026
Looking ahead, that foundation opens the door to a new chapter of innovation. In 2025 we previewed Scout AI, offering customers an early look at how intelligence can be embedded directly into everyday workflows. Built to help teams surface insights faster, anticipate issues before they escalate, and make more confident decisions at scale, Scout AI reflects what we’ve heard from customers as complexity continues to grow. Scout AI will be released in 2026, extending Sitetracker’s commitment to helping teams move from managing data to acting on it with clarity.
Just as important as the technology was the partnership behind it. Many customers highlighted collaboration with Sitetracker teams as a defining part of their experience. “Working with the best-of-the-best Tier One Support group, CSM, and other staff we interact with on a regular basis — y’all make this partnership a success,” shared Alex Fratkin with Southern Company. Others echoed that sentiment, calling out dedicated engineers and support teams who helped unblock issues, customize the platform, and deploy new functionality. Jeff Polachek with Intrepid Fiber Networks summed it up simply: “The system is working exactly as designed — the team has done a lot of great work partnering with us to achieve our goals.”
As we move into 2026, our focus remains the same: listening closely, building alongside our customers, and continuing to evolve the platform in ways that reflect how real teams work in the real world.
Thank you for trusting Sitetracker this year. We’re proud of what you accomplished in 2025 — and we’re excited to keep building what’s next, together.
